TrailManners
The TrailManners crew is from the beautiful trails in Ogden, Utah and we’re here to connect you to wherever trail, ultra and mountain running takes us. We’ll chat with amazing athletes, discuss the latest trends and get you stoked for your next trail adventure. We will have interviews, gear reviews, race reports, LOTS of podcasts, contests and loads of entertainment from beers of the week, random bigfoot sightings, race updates and everything in between. TrailManners is about capturing the moment: the possibility that everyday has the potential to be the best day of your life. Every day. We promise to always bring our passion and love for the trails as well as a healthy appetite for cheese curds and a solid IPA. We want to thank you for taking this journey with us. Aric W. Episode #75: Krissy Moehl- Chuckanut 50k
Tuesday Mar 14, 2017
Tuesday Mar 14, 2017
With the 25th running of the Chuckanut 50k happening this weekend we thought it would be a great time to talk to the amazing RD- Krissy Moehl. Krissy was kind enough (and patient enough) to join us for a podcast over the phone. Being in the final stages of preparation we cannot thank Krissy enough for taking the time to talk to us and give us all the details about the race and what the runners can expect. She has a couple other RD's helping and a load of volunteers to help make this event happen. Good Luck and we hope you all enjoy the show!

Episode #74: Kenzie Barlow- Accidentally finding Trail Running
Tuesday Mar 07, 2017
Tuesday Mar 07, 2017
Sushi then a Podcast....Yes please. We definitely did something a bit different with this episode. We met our guest- Kenzie Barlow and a grocery store...a "high end" grocery store (her words-ha). We sat in some soft leather couches next to the fire place and it was game on!
Kenzie has been running, racing and coaching for years. When she talks you can just see the joy they bring her. She is passionate about running and gathering more and more knowledge on the stuff. We covered a bit of everything from Snow Snorkelers to Dirty Dirty Rap. If you don't believe that- you better have a listen.
Enjoy the show and check out the Tenacity Tenfold Endurance link in the show notes.

Episode #73: Brad Sween- Coming out party
Tuesday Feb 28, 2017
Tuesday Feb 28, 2017
Brad has an amazing story that not many know about. In fact, we had no idea until we got into the show and he left us speechless. Brad has been a supporter of the show since the beginning and we have been quietly stalking his running ever since. He had a tremendous 2016 and took home the "Most Improved" award at the yearly Wasatch Mountain Wranglers forma as voted on by his peers. Brad is a down to earth guy and you can feel his love for trail running when he talks. It was such a pleasure to sit down with Brad at Bomber Studios to hear an inspiring story of his "road" to trail running.

Episode #72: Gabe Joyes- Inventor of Trail Running
Tuesday Feb 21, 2017
Tuesday Feb 21, 2017
Since Gabe was headed down to run RUFA we thought we better sit down with him to talk about cheese curds, Lander running scene and the invention of trail running. He was kind enough to meet us at our home away from home: Park City Running Company where Canice was nice enough to brew up a fresh pot of coffee.
Gabe is a remarkable person and runner. His love for the outdoors and the mountains really comes through when you talk to him about his love and passions. He had a solid 2016 with some impressive races but 2017 looks like it will be of epic proportions.
Enjoy the show and remember - listen to the end for another awesome contest!

TrailManners
I feel extremely fortunate to have been involved with the trail running community since 2006. Whether it is running, racing, podcasting, race directing, being a team manager, product testing, HUMR founder or a volunteer- the friendships I have forged with so many amazing people will always be my greatest memories. Mountains and trails are my passions and I can’t say no to a good adventure.
Bringing TrailManners to life has been life changing and a dream come true. I am so happy Joel Hatch and I started this journey- now let’s see where else it can take us.
