TrailManners
The TrailManners crew is from the beautiful trails in Ogden, Utah and we’re here to connect you to wherever trail, ultra and mountain running takes us. We’ll chat with amazing athletes, discuss the latest trends and get you stoked for your next trail adventure. We will have interviews, gear reviews, race reports, LOTS of podcasts, contests and loads of entertainment from beers of the week, random bigfoot sightings, race updates and everything in between. TrailManners is about capturing the moment: the possibility that everyday has the potential to be the best day of your life. Every day. We promise to always bring our passion and love for the trails as well as a healthy appetite for cheese curds and a solid IPA. We want to thank you for taking this journey with us. Aric W. We are a couple of really fortuante guys- we know it and we are grateful. To get an opportunity to sit down with Bryce is special. We have known Bryce for many years and we absolutely consider him a friend. His story is very special and we wanted to share just a bit of it on the show. You need to understand that a podcast like this can really last a couple days but we tried to hit some big topics and then just let Bryce go. TrailManners is very much into to the history of the sport -as much as we are into beer and cheese curds.
Thank you Bryce for taking the time to chat and thank you for helping make the sport of trail running what it is today. We are grateful for all you have done. Good Luck and we hope to sit down with you again!

This past weekend was a busy one with the Western States 100 & Hardrock 100 lotteries. To top that off we were down in southern Utah- "The Land of Turd'l Miller", to run the Capstone races and snag a few podcast guests while we were there. The trails were sweet and the running was fantastic.
Have a great weekend everybody!

Tuesday Nov 28, 2017
Tuesday Nov 28, 2017
With the temperatures and snow falling we braved the conditions in Studio 78 with our trusty little space heater to bring you a fun show with a local legend- Phil Lowry. Phil has been around the trail scene since 1994 and is as core to the Wasatch front as anyone. We talked to him about the "next step" in his trail running adventures as he gave us a blow by blow of his Bigfoot 200 experience.
And as we like to do with the "trail veterans", we asked him his thoughts on the evolution of trail running. Thank you Phil for taking the time to sit down with us and also thank you for all you have done.

THANK YOU! It has officially been 2 years since we launched our first podcast and we are extremely grateful for all the support from our listeners and friends. You are truly the best. We set out on this journey and we had no idea where it would lead but we knew what we wanted to bring to the table and we have checked the boxes that we held most important. We have had such an enjoyable time doing this and still trying to wrap our heads around it. What else can we say other than Thank you.

Tuesday Nov 21, 2017
Sylvia Greer has just been quietly working her way through some iconic races and big time achievements. We were excited that she agreed to sit down with a couple knuckle heads to talk about her Triple Crown experience. Sylvia is as nice as the come and mentally she is strong as hell. She got in Studio 78 and just blew our socks off as she recounted her journey through the Triple Crown on her way to a combined 1st place finish for the ladies.
We hope you enjoy this as much as we did. Thank you Sylvia- you are what this sport is truly about.

TrailManners
I feel extremely fortunate to have been involved with the trail running community since 2006. Whether it is running, racing, podcasting, race directing, being a team manager, product testing, HUMR founder or a volunteer- the friendships I have forged with so many amazing people will always be my greatest memories. Mountains and trails are my passions and I can’t say no to a good adventure.
Bringing TrailManners to life has been life changing and a dream come true. I am so happy Joel Hatch and I started this journey- now let’s see where else it can take us.
