It's National Cheese Curd Day and what a better way to celebrate then launching a new episode featuring IMTUF 100 finisher - Sarah Manning. IMTUF was her 7th 100 mile finish and she got to experience the "supercourse". We talk about what stood out, compared it to some other 100's she has done and discussed her future running and racing plans.

One of our favorite things to do is combine traveling and trail running. On this RunCation we were lucky enough to meet up with good friend Matt Ozanic and he showed us around his giant backyard. Grand Junction did not disappoint and we were able to get in some great miles and taste some local beer and food. Thanks Matt and Char! We will be back.

We are proud to bring first time guest and all around amazing person Heidi Waddoups to the show. We were extremely lucky to get 3 incredible guests (Tara Warren, Shannon Day, and Amy Musgrove) on this weeks podcast to talk about RUFA- Running Up For Air.
