Here we go again- our #1 downloaded podcast guest is back for your listening pleasure. Luke traveled down to Outdoor Retailers in Salt Lake City and had time to stop by for yet another entertaining show. We did a quick litte recap of 2016 and poked and prodded to get some details on his 2017 plans. His focus has changed a bit for the year but he has some big plans in store. We get into the SMUT RD's head and he even issues a little RD Challenge. We are always happy to sitdown and talk to Luke and we am sure you will enjoy the show.

Episode #67- Turd'l Miller: 3rd times a Charm

He's baaaaack! Mr. Turd'l Miller has returned to the TrailManners podcast with hopes of taking over the #1 spot. On this trip up in his brand new Sprinter rig, he forgot the tacos but brought some spoons. We sit down with him to talk about what it feels like not only to be #2 but also check in on how year one of the Capstone races went. It is always an out of control freight train when Turd'l joins us and this was no exception. Episode #66- Misty Alessandri: Pony Express 100 Female winner and more

We have been fortunate to know Misty Alessandri for over 5 years and have enjoyed watching her grow on the trails. She has had her share of injuries and set backs but always faces them with an amazing attitude. In 2016 Misty not only ran the Pony Express 100 under 24 hours but came away as the female winner in a time of  23:18. We sit down with Misty and talk about her running background which started with a treadmill to her love for being in the mountians. Thank you Misty for chatting and reliving yur run in with the Bison...

Singletrack Session #20

And just like that 2016 is a wrap! We will be taking next week away (we cleared it with our HR dept.) to relax and enjoy the holiday season.
