It's that time of year again. The TrailManners crew throws out its Runner Gift Guide for the holiday season. There are some good old reliables to some "heavy duty" things. We hit a first at TrailManners and did our first 2 part show. While away for Thanksgiving, Aric sat down with Chad and Jeremy from Palmer Divide Running Company in Palmer Lake, Colorado. Chad pulled the bourbon from the filing cabinet and it was pretty much game on and for the next 2.5 hours we covered it all- From redneck triathlons to glitter canons, from glutenfreesingles.com to Colorado's Most Okayest Race team we left no stone unturned. Well folks, as we gear up for our 1 Year Launch Anniversary next week we thought it would fun to revisit the birth of the show. We have come along way in 60 Episodes and we are so excited for the year to come. We have some big guests lined up and some special surprises we have been working on for months.

I feel extremely fortunate to have been involved with the trail running community since 2006. Whether it is running, racing, podcasting, race directing, being a team manager, product testing, HUMR founder or a volunteer- the friendships I have forged with so many amazing people will always be my greatest memories. Mountains and trails are my passions and I can’t say no to a good adventure.
Bringing TrailManners to life has been life changing and a dream come true. I am so happy Joel Hatch and I started this journey- now let’s see where else it can take us.
