Singletrack Session #136
May is here and the snow is back. This was an interesting week and a true head scratcher- after getting an interesting email I will break it down for ya. Loved all the pictures people posted on our FB page with our 4 legged running friends. Ogden Trail Running Festival is here and Aric's brain is not.

Wow is all I have to say! Aric you have nothing to apologize for!! Some people have no life & have WAAAAY to much time on their hands to even go that route!! Most all of us I am sure would agree that we love the podcast & do not expect this to be a perfect! Life happens & feel like you do an Amazing job at putting yourself out there & being real!! Please don’t feel like you are doing anything wrong! Don’t need the extra pressure! Keep up the good work! & know there are plenty of us that certainly understand! We love & appreciate all you do! 😁
