Episode #93- Amy Puzey: 5 Peaks Adventures and so much more
Tuesday Jul 25, 2017
Tuesday Jul 25, 2017
If you want to run a trail race in Canada look no further- 5 Peaks and Amy Puzey have you covered! What an absolute pleasure it was to sit down with Amy in Studio 78 and talk about her race directing, balancing it all and what she plans to do when the RD life winds down. Listening to Amy talk about 5 Peaks had us all ready to head up north and run. This year they are launching a new race that looks and sounds spectacular- Round the Cape in Cape Chignecto, Nova Scotia. If you head over to 5 Peaks website and look at the photos you will see what all the talk is about.
Thank you Amy for joining us and keep up the great work. TrailManners is dreaming about some sweet trail miles with our neighbors to the north.
