Crazy Mother Runners have had a very large following over the past 3 years on social media encouraging others to get outside and take part in the trails. They have helped tranform lives and certain stigmas. We were fortunate enough to talk Sheralyn Traher into jumping behind the mic in Studio 78 and tell us about the history of CMR and get a glimpse into what makes it tic. And of course we couldn't let her escape without pinning her down on a race or 2.

Back for his third time on the TrailManners Podcast we have Trevor Fuchs right off his HURT 100 5th place finish. The 2-time Wasatch 100 winner had a few challenges at HURT besides the brutal course and humidity- thrown in was major cramping starting at Mile 19 and of course a Ballistic Missile Attack scare. Trevor gives us a great account of the HURT 100 and why he wants to go back next year.

We are back! After a few weeks off for the holidays and to recharge, we are starting 2018 with a great show from year 2 of the And She's Dope Too Lady Wild Film Festival. We were actually asked to come back and we didn't hesitate. The ladies at ASDT are doing so many amazing things and this film festival tops the charts. Though a little out of the wheel house of what you are used to, this episode means a lot to us and we can help use our "vehicle" to touch on a very serious subject in a fun way.
