Episode #45- Bryon Powell: Hardrock, iRunFar & Where the Road Ends
Wednesday Aug 17, 2016
Wednesday Aug 17, 2016
This guy doesn't really need much introduction so we will dive right into it. When we put Bryon behind the mic we had a few ideas what we wanted to discuss but we ended up everywhere. We had an amazing time talking about so many topics and stories but we thought we should put him on the spot with a few tougher questions.
Also we have a contest in play for the new book; Where the Road Ends by Meghan & Bryon. Stay tuned to the end of the podcast- we have 3 to give away.
Thanks to Bryon and Meghan and their entire team at iRunFar for all they have done to the trail community over the last 8+ years.

What a absolute pleasure to sit down with Jeff and talk about his big year. This show could have easily been 3 hours long with all the knowledge he was sharing. Have a listen to his thoughts on the Western States/Hardrock double and his road to recovery. He has been fat adaptive for 2016 and talks about the process and the benefits he has seen.
Thanks again #that90'sguy......giddy up!

Jennilyn is definitely one of our favorite guests ( Episode #4). Our schedules finally worked out so we came back to Park City Run Company to get the scoop on her Barkley's Marathon as well as her amazing feat of finishing the Millwood 100. You never now what to expect with Jennilyn and this show proved it- we had mentions on a stare down with a mountain lion and some awesome Harry Potter references.

Episode #38- Brian Tolbert: The "Power-Stache"
Tuesday Jul 19, 2016
Tuesday Jul 19, 2016
We headed back to our home away from home in Park City and met up with guest Brian Tolbert at Park City Running Company. Right when we walked in the door we got the first real life glimpse on the "power- stache". Mr. Tolbert is one on the good ones in the sport. He is a great guy and just easy to sit and chat with.
Brian started in with a little background of his bike racing life until the switch over to running the trail. He may be a little newer to trail racing but he has some super impressive results. He takes us on a race by race breakdown as well as what's ahead.
Thanks again to Canice and Park City Running Company and of course Brian "power-stache" Tolbert.

Episode #36- Ashley Nordell: Bighorn 100 Winner and New CR
Tuesday Jul 05, 2016
Tuesday Jul 05, 2016
We are super excited to get Ashley Nordell on Google Hangouts for this episode. I have been a fan of Ashley's for many years. She does "her thing" quietly and just goes out and racks up wins. Fresh off her Bighorn 100 win, Ashley talks to us about how this years race was different, the challenges faced with racing and being a mom as well as working with a coach for the first time.
Have a listen and enjoy!

Episode #34- Tara Warren: Bighorn 100
Tuesday Jun 21, 2016
Tuesday Jun 21, 2016
It is always fun when you can bring a guest back for a second time. Just a couple days after her Bighorn 100 mile race Tara Warren agreed to be back on the show. The first time we had Tara on it wasn't long after her first 100 mile race- The Bear 100. 9 months later she took on the Bighorn and PR'd by over 6 hours- going 28:48 for a woman's top 10 finish.
We talk to Tara about things she learned, whats she has been up to as well as what it is like to be the proud parent of a high school National Champion track athlete and new record holder in the 4x1mile relay.
We also talk about testing out some new UltrAspire gear, crazy animal attacks and we want to know your thoughts on the Western States 100 this weekend.
Sit back relax and enjoy another episode of TrailManners....and as always THANK YOU for your support.

Episode #32- Scout Mountain Ultra Race Recap
Tuesday Jun 07, 2016
Tuesday Jun 07, 2016
Well we had big plans of doing a show after the SMUT race this past Saturday but unfortunately we were toast. The heat and race took its toll so after about an hour of sitting around trying to regroup we called it and started the drive back home. We had a great time seeing some familiar faces and new ones and as always enjoyed our journey in the mountains.
During this show will we recap the race and just talk trails.
