The Bear 100. TrailManners considers this a must do 100 miler (if you are into that sort of thing). We sit down with new Bear RD Cody Draper and his “right hand man” to peak behind the curtain and hear what the event is all about. Registration opens soon - Dec 1, 2023 and it will be sold out within a couple days. Thanks Cody and Preston and everyone that helps make The Bear 100 the legend it is.

Kirk is back for Part 2 and we hear more about the crazy weather on Antelope Island during the Buffalo Run races. It is not often that a trail run gets cancelled mid race but this was one of those times. The weather was horrific and the conditions were not suitable to continue. We talk to Kirk about the race and his thoughts about going after the 50 mile distance.

Preston is back to the mainland from Oahu where he toed the line at the ominous HURT 100. We had Preston on a few weeks ago and talked about his approach and race strategy going into his second HURT 100. We get a blow by blow of the race and some great information for anyone planning on racing this year.

We love talking to people after their first 100 mile trail race and this was no exception. We were lucky enough to sit down with Erin Hill to talk about her running of the 2018 Wasatch 100. Erin was nice enough to bring cheese curds, crackers and sweet tattoo arm sleeves for us. Man, we love our guests.
