Happy Halloween everyone! Please be safe and don't accept candy from strangers in vans.....unless its Studio 78. We have been slammed all week as we bit off more than we can chew but it is for good reason. Listen to the show to see what we are up to.

We had Jeff on the once before and everytime we talk to him we learn a thing or two. From his stories about UTMB to his vast knowledge of OFM, we promise this show has something for everyone.

Singletrack Session #57

 The Bear and Beanies. We are happy and excited to announce that our Beanies are open for Pre-Sale. First 50 (well 48 cause we each get one) are up for grabs. They are selling fast and sure to be a hit. We also talk a lot about the Bear 100. It was a magical weekend here in Utah (and Idaho technically) as we got to see so many friends old and new at the incredible race. Congrats to all those who were there!

It is already the end of September and we have seen some snow fly. It is a great time to remember to make sure you are prepared when heading to higher elevations. It can get nasty and change on a dime - stay safe and have the proper gear. This weekend is also the Bear 100 in Logan, Utah- one of our favorites. Good Luck to all those running.  Another interesting week in the world of trail and ultra running. The Denver Post put out a great story that we hope everyone will read. Singletrack Session #53

Since all eyes were on Europe last week we figured we could start our show wrapping up the CCC and UTMB. Huge perfomances at both of those and a special shout out to Clare and Hayden for coming home with wins at CCC. UTMB seemed to have an upset - but was it really?
