Joel got all dressed up for this weeks episode of the Singletrack Session. Why? Cause he likes to roll like that. This week we give some east coast love for a Hardrock qualifier, let you know some great races that just opened for 2018 and talk a little but about "Virtual races". Help us out here....
Have a great weekend and don't forget to get out and run.

With her first full year of racing behind her, we catch up with 3rd place female finisher of the Bear 100- Kelsy Bingham. You may remember her first time on the show way back on Episode #25 when we covered her recovery from Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. Well Kelsy beat that and know she is covering the miles in the mountains with smiles and positivity. We cannot express enough how happy we are for Kelsy and her family and all they have done.
Congrats on an amazing 2017! We can't wait to see what 2018 brings.

One of our favorite weekends of the year has come to a close and the 13th running of the El Vaquero Loco is in the books. We cannot say enough about how amazing this race/course is and deserves an A+ all the way around. We met up with some friends and TrailManners listeners to swap stories and enjoy the flowers. Enjoy the podcast and have a great weekend!

We sure love it when some of our favorite people come back for another podcast. On this trip down, Ty hit the trails with Debbie Farka (returning guest) and the TrailManners crew on a magical snowy run and we must say his bionic leg is working great! After the run we tried and tried to get Joel's truck unstuck from the big snowfall but to no avail and we had to return later for a go.
During the show we talked about Ty's recovery, his amazing race in Afton and we all chimed in on the subject of DNF's. The show was full of fun and we threw in a donut eating contest to spice things up. Unfortuantely we ran out of donuts but we never did run out of laughs. The great part of this show is Ty's "Neck Meat" was on point!
Enjoy the show!

While we were up at the El Vaquero Loco 50k we talked Leon Lutz into sitting down at a picnic table and grabbing a microphone in one of the most beautiful settings you will find.
If you haven't had the pleasure to meet Leon, he is one of the most genuine and recognizable people around.
Leon came to El Vaquero from Pennsylvania via the Outdoor Retailers Show is Salt Lake City, Utah.
Thank you Leon for taking the time to chat with TrailManners and we cannot wait to cross paths again.....maybe in the Northeast.
You can see more of Leon's writing HERE
