At it's core, TrailManners Podcast is a medium for the average trail runner to share stories of discovery, growth, beer, and of course cheese curds. Man, do we have a story for you today!
When I first heard that silky smooth Louisiana twang I knew we had a good guest, but did he have a story to match that gentlemen's drawl? Listen and enjoy as Logan Ledford spins a tale of growing up in Louisiana with water maccosians (that's a mean ass snake for those that don't know), grandma's fried chicken, and running highway over-passes for vert training. Stick around and find out how Logan made his way from the swamps to the Wasatch Front where he now is spearheading a #trashattack for the Wasatch Mountain Wranglers but we think he has more Branding power with #logansjunk.

Since Gabe was headed down to run RUFA we thought we better sit down with him to talk about cheese curds, Lander running scene and the invention of trail running. He was kind enough to meet us at our home away from home: Park City Running Company where Canice was nice enough to brew up a fresh pot of coffee.
Gabe is a remarkable person and runner. His love for the outdoors and the mountains really comes through when you talk to him about his love and passions. He had a solid 2016 with some impressive races but 2017 looks like it will be of epic proportions.
Enjoy the show and remember - listen to the end for another awesome contest!

Jennilyn is definitely one of our favorite guests ( Episode #4). Our schedules finally worked out so we came back to Park City Run Company to get the scoop on her Barkley's Marathon as well as her amazing feat of finishing the Millwood 100. You never now what to expect with Jennilyn and this show proved it- we had mentions on a stare down with a mountain lion and some awesome Harry Potter references.

Canice was a guest on our show for Episode #20 and now we are back with him at Park City Running Company. He is fresh off a grueling adventure race in Wyoming and a sweet tan/burn/peel line from the event. We catch up with Canice on his preparation for Western States and the race itself.

We headed back to our home away from home in Park City and met up with guest Brian Tolbert at Park City Running Company. Right when we walked in the door we got the first real life glimpse on the "power- stache". Mr. Tolbert is one on the good ones in the sport. He is a great guy and just easy to sit and chat with.
Brian started in with a little background of his bike racing life until the switch over to running the trail. He may be a little newer to trail racing but he has some super impressive results. He takes us on a race by race breakdown as well as what's ahead.
Thanks again to Canice and Park City Running Company and of course Brian "power-stache" Tolbert.

Happy Saint Patricks Day! We have another bonus show for you- this time from Park City Running Company. We were happy that Canice took the bait and accepted the invite to be on the show. When we arrived he served up some Dirty Chai's and it was game on. With the chance of sounding like a broken record- Canice is an amazing guy and you can just feel how passionate he is about what he does. He has established an absolutely amazing run store while keeping the community in mind. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know Canice and hear the story of PCRC as well as talk about his own story of comebacks and running. Good Luck at Western States Canice- GO GET IT!
