The snow just continues to fall here in Utah and dirt seems pretty rare. Across the pond though New Balance is going to reward runners with beer for their training miles...yes please. Beer of the week is back and tastes yummy.
Have a great week and enjoy the show.

Episode #80 is loaded with some local brew, delicious deep fried cheese curds and a two-time guest: Melissa Solomon. If you remember we had Melissa first on for Episode #76 where she told us here amazing story into running and her new life. She let it slip out that she was running her first 100 mile race and we warned her she would need to come back on and give us play by play. Well, she agreed and thus we have another fun time sitting down with Melissa!

When we talk to a guest we have never met or spoken to, we get a little nervous. After Amy sat down we knew we were going to have a gem of a show on our hands. Amy came down from Great Falls, MT to run her 1st ever 50 mile trail race. Soon as she finished she came on over and sat down for a show that was full of laughs. Our 4th show from the island will not disappoint. Thanks Amy for putting up with us and good luck in your future endeavors.

She did it! Jacquie King finished her first 50 mile trail race and within 5 minutes we had her behind the mic and getting her thoughts on the day. It was great to get in her head and listen to what she had to say about her race, beer, quitting her "adulting job" and future goals for racing. Thanks Jacquie and good luck moving forward.

Well folks, 2015 is already coming to an end and we cannot thank you all enough for your support. We have enjoyed bringing TrailManners to life and we absolutely could not have done it without you. It's like making a killer sandwich - if no one is there to eat it....is it any good? We have received some great feedback and even a few people seemed surprised it turned out as well as it has and we are good with that.
2016 is already panning out to be fun filled and amazing. We have several quality guests lined up and more in the works. Our website is ready for the next step as well. We hope to make it a great place for everyone to come and enjoy some great articles and learn a thing or two.
We hope you enjoy Episode #8 and please feel free to reach out to us- who do you want to hear from, what do you want to hear about, do you wanna be a guest, do you have a hidden talent for writing and are okay with being paid in high-5's?
Thanks again and thanks to everyone who backed our Kickstarter campaign- WE DID IT! If you missed out you can still back us by hitting the donate button on our website.
Have a Happy New Year and we look forward to a successful 2016!
