Episode #99- Kelsy Bingham: Bear 100 3rd place & the rest of 2017
Tuesday Oct 10, 2017
Tuesday Oct 10, 2017
With her first full year of racing behind her, we catch up with 3rd place female finisher of the Bear 100- Kelsy Bingham. You may remember her first time on the show way back on Episode #25 when we covered her recovery from Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. Well Kelsy beat that and know she is covering the miles in the mountains with smiles and positivity. We cannot express enough how happy we are for Kelsy and her family and all they have done.
Congrats on an amazing 2017! We can't wait to see what 2018 brings.

Episode #92- Jacob Puzey:
Tuesday Jul 18, 2017
Tuesday Jul 18, 2017
Jacob was down from Calgary and in our neck of the woods so we talked him into Studio 78 for Episode #92. Jacob has a great story of how he not only got into running but how he continued to grow through running. Last December he set the World Record for the fastest 50 mile run on a treadmill- 4:57...just to get a treadmill. We explore his coaching roots, TranSelkirks Race and talk a lot about Poutine.
Thank you Jacob- it was a pleasure meeting you and we sure hope to find our way to Canada in 2017!

Episode #56- Karl Meltzer: AT FKT & More
Tuesday Oct 18, 2016
Tuesday Oct 18, 2016
It was a pleasure to get to sit in the "stands" at the Speedgoat Croquet Court and talk to the legend, Karl Meltzer about his FKT on the AT. We knew he had already sat down with so many people and shows in the past that we mixed it up a bit and asked him questions from our listeners to spice it up.
We also were able to talk about the future of the SpeedGoat 50k and pick his brain on other trail running topics.
He mentioned "something" he is planning with Redbull and we can't wait to hear more. Enjoy the show and don't forget about BOTH of the cool contests!
Check out Karl's website for coaching and more HERE.

Episode #2- Robert Kunz: It's a van party.
Tuesday Nov 24, 2015
Tuesday Nov 24, 2015
Wow, what a load of information! We met up with Robert and pulled him away from his duties as VP of Science & Technology at First Endurance. When Studio 78 rolled up to the trailhead at Wheeler Creek in Ogden, there was already a sweet VW van waiting. After trading some great stories about the van life we loaded into Studio 78 and got a lesson in nutrition. We encourage everyone to give this a listen.Show NotesThe role of a guinea pigTips on hydration & nutritionSimplifying your trainingRussia and FIFADon't forget to head on over to First Endurance to see more!
